1. Prospective guests are required to carefully read the rules of Pragma House.2. The working hours of Pragma House residents start according to their respective schedules. After the work hours end, additional fees will be applied.3. Guests are required to complete the appointment form with the residents accurately, completely, and clearly. We require listeners to include their Twitter username.4. We welcome guests from CA, BA, FA, RP, RANT, and PRIV (according to the respective regulations of the residents). We do not accept guests who intend to pursue romantic relationships with the residents if they already have a partner. This is to maintain comfort and respect for both parties.5. Guests are expected to report if any resident behaves inappropriately during the meeting.6. For NSFW sessions, using faceless claims is recommended. If using face claims (except forbidden characters), posting them alongside NSFW content is not allowed.7. The use of face claims for idols, actors, or actresses who are Genocide Supporters is strictly prohibited.8. Our residents do not accept any dates related to production houses that support genocide.9. Residents have the right to decline appointment requests if there are matters they cannot accommodate.10. Pragma House reserves the right to terminate meetings between residents and guests if discomfort arises during the session.11. We will not provide refunds for issues caused by the guests during the meeting. A 50% refund will be issued if the fault lies with both the resident and the guest. A full refund (100%) will be issued if the issue is caused solely by the resident.12. The meeting will be considered complete if the guest disappears or deactivates their account without explanation within 24 hours.
